BUSINESS RATES:
Each sewer customer in classes 1-6 shall be charged a monthly cumulative flow rate, BOD rate and TSS rate set forth in the following chart per 13,000 gallons of metered water usage during the winter period, or (i) a minimum charge of ($46.50). The average monthly water meter readings the consecutive month of November, December, January, February, and March shall be the basis for sewer billings for (12) twelve-month period beginning July 1 and ending June 30, immediately following such winter months. Nothing in this resolution 4-21 shall authorize discharges in excess of the maximum local limit concentrations.
Each industrial customer in class 7 shall be monitored separately and shall be charged a monthly service charge based on actual discharge strength. The flow component and pre-treatment loading will be charged at two dollars and sixty-five cents ($2.65) per 1,000 gallons of metered water used during the billing period. The charges for all other parameters above the set per-treatment limit, will be billed on actual pounds of discharge.

Legacy Pass - Resolution 4-21
Legacy Customers are those that have purchased the adult unlimited, couples unlimited, or adult portion of the family pass at the regular posted rate for the three most recent consecutive years.
Legacy Customers will be locked in at the posted rate paid during the third qualifying year for a period of five additional years.
At the end of the initial five-year period and at the end of each successive five year period, the Legacy Customer's new rate will be adjusted to 5% discount off of the current posted rate and locked in for an additional five-year period.
The Legacy Customer must renew their pass each year to maintain the legacy designation. If the customer fails, for any reason, to renew their pass during a year then they will lose their legacy designation and the next time they purchase a season pass, it would be at the current posted rate.
After losing the Legacy Customer status, the customer may only re-establish their Legacy designation by purchasing a season pass for an additional three consecutive years at the posted rate for each year.
For any tournament that rents all available golf carts the private trail fee for that tournament will be $10.00 per day per tournament.

Exclusive Use Fee Riverfront Park $1,160 per day

Additional Fee If Golf Play is disrupted $3,000 per day
These fees are charges as a lump sum fee for any period of time during a calendar day that the facilities are to be used. The City reserves the absolute right to determine the days in which the facilities are available for exclusive use. These fees are not applicable to the following City co-sponsored events.
