Building, Planning & Zoning

This Department is responsible for planning, zoning, building permits and inspections within the City of Burley. Planning and Zoning is performed by the chief building official and the Planning and Zoning Committee. These individuals with the help and support of city staff, update the Comprehensive plan, review subdivision plats, and review and recommend zoning changes to the Burley City Council.
